CYPRESS BAY TOWNHOMES

This 26 unit planned development located on Cypress Bay in Pompano Beach created a unique waterfront environment. All of the townhomes were designed with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with either a 1 or 2 car garage. The continuous waterfront dock provided each unit with a boat slip and centralized community pool. Only one fixed bridge to pass under and then the open waters of the Intracoastal were navigable.
